3. ORDER
The user can make reservations for tourist stays through the forms on www.alivehotel.ro or by email.

Conditions of guarantee and reservation cancellation:

– for reservations made more than 7 days before the start date of the stay, in order to guarantee your reservation, a 40% advance payment of the total reservation amount is required, with a minimum value equivalent to the rate of the first night’s stay, to be paid within 48 hours of making the reservation. The payment of the remaining 60% of the total reservation amount will be made 7 days before the start of the stay or as agreed with the client.
– for reservations made less than 7 days before the start of the stay, full payment of the reservation is required within 48 hours of making the reservation to guarantee it.
– Check-in: after 16:00, Check-out: until 11:00
– Early arrival before 16:00 and late departure after 11:00 will be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges at the discretion of the hotel.
– Cancellation or modification of a reservation will be allowed subject to availability. The customer can cancel the reservation FREE OF CHARGE up to 7 days before arrival, in which case the deposit paid will be refunded through one of the following methods: bank transfer to the account provided by the client or full reversal of the transaction on the card used for online payment.
– In case of cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, the customer will be charged the rate for the first night of accommodation. In this case, the difference between the deposit paid and the rate for the first night of accommodation will be refunded through one of the following methods: bank transfer to the account provided by the client or partial reversal of the transaction on the card used for online payment.
– No-shows will be charged 100% of the total accommodation rate and will cancel the remaining reserved period.
– If the reservation was fully paid before the start of the stay, in case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded partially or in full according to the above conditions.
– Exceptions to the above-mentioned conditions will be handled on a case-by-case basis by contacting the client through one of the agreed methods (email, message)
– The displayed price is the standard one, to which various group or off-season discounts may apply.

4. BILLING
The displayed price is the standard one, to which discounts may apply based on the number of people and the booking period.

Payment of the advance can be made through one of the following methods:

– online payment with Visa/Mastercard bank card through a secure payment link provided, attached to the proforma invoice issued by the company managing the hotel.
– bank transfer to the company’s account.

5. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
ALIVE Hotel reserves the right to amend or supplement any information on the website.
ALIVE Hotel is not liable for damages resulting from the malfunctioning of the website.
The maximum liability towards any user in case of non-performance of services or inadequate performance is the value of the sums collected from that user.

6. FRAUD
Any attempt to access the personal data of another user or to modify the content of the www.alivehotel.ro website, or to affect the performance of the server on which the www.alivehotel.ro website runs, will be considered an attempt to defraud the www.alivehotel.ro website and will lead to the initiation of criminal proceedings against those who attempted such actions.
